Wes Young
President & CEO
Wes Young is the President and CEO at St. Mary Development Corporation. With over 35 years of real estate experience, he has been with the organization since 2011 and has overseen Real Estate Development and Asset Management. Wes lives in Englewood, Ohio, with his wife of 39 years and is a proud father, grandfather, and member of Living Word Church.

Denise Blake
Executive Vice President
Denise Blake, Vice President, Real Estate Development, brings nearly 24 years of experience in affordable housing, contributing to over 2,700 units since 2000. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Cincinnati and began her journey with St. Mary on the Grand Place adaptive reuse project. Denise’s career progressed from administrative assistant in commercial construction to developer and project management director.

Kimberly Kolleck (Kim)
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Kimberly “Kim” Kolleck serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 30 years of accounting and financial leadership experience across real estate development, manufacturing, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. She holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Columbus State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Franklin University, with expertise in financial reporting, operational finance, multi‑entity accounting, and strategic financial planning.

Terri Pitts
Vice President of Resident Services
Terri Pitts, Director of Resident Services, leads a team supporting over 1,000 low-income seniors in the greater Dayton area, focusing on Social Determinants of Health and Health Equity. With 20+ years of experience in healthcare and social services, she is also a WISE Master Trainer, community educator, and advocate for improving seniors' quality of life.

Victoria Long
Director of Development Services
Prior to joining St. Mary, Victoria has worked in real estate development at Speedway LLC and before that spent years in local government, working in planning, zoning, and building departments. Victoria is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a BS in Community Development.

John Haws
Director of Real Estate Services
John Haws, Director of Real Estate Services, has been with St. Mary Development since 1992, overseeing all construction projects and managing the company’s physical assets. A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, John holds a B.S. in biology and chemistry from Heidelberg University and brings over a decade of prior experience from Haws Construction.

Jason Storms
Maintenance Manager
Jason Storms, Maintenance Manager, oversees maintenance across all St. Mary Development properties, including Pivotal and the home office. With 31 years of experience in the garage door industry, he brings diverse skills and a commitment to excellent customer service in his work with residents and colleagues.

Gretchen Kelly
Organizational Development Manager
Gretchen serves as our Real Estate Development Specialist, holding a bachelor’s degree in political science and a Master’s in the Study of Law (MSL) with a focus on Government Contracting and Procurement from the University of Dayton. She brings experience from the University of Dayton Research Institute and School of Engineering, where she managed proposal development, contract and grant funding, and compliance processes. Gretchen’s background also includes small business ownership, adding practical insight to her work in development and resource management.

Terry Vandeberg
Strategic Partnership and Development Manager
Terry Vandeberg, Strategic Partnership and Development Manager, oversees grants and fundraising to support St. Mary Development’s mission of serving low-income seniors. With 27 years of experience advocating for seniors in Dayton, she is passionate about holistic health, aging in place, and fostering community-driven solutions.

Alicia Heeter
Resident Services Manager
Alicia Heeter is the Resident Services Manager at Riverside Senior Lofts.
She brings 12 years of customer service experience, including management, and holds an associate degree in liberal arts and social work from Sinclair Community College. Alicia has five years of combined experience as an in-home caregiver, Community Health Worker, and Resident Service Coordinator.
She is passionate about supporting seniors and helping them maintain a high quality of life as they age.
