• We connect our residents to healthcare and related services.

We work with service and healthcare providers to connect our residents to services, like free community health programs, home health access, and safe and reliable transportation.

  • We understand the people you serve, because we work directly with them every day. The healthcare system is challenging to navigate. Our low-income residents often struggle to access government and nonprofit programs created to serve them. That's why we partner with healthcare and service providers to give our residents access to services while helping our partners advance their mission and business goals.

While our apartment community sites are selected based on proximity to healthcare services, our Service Coordinators ensure residents receive quality care through dozens of other avenues. We help residents access transportation solutions to get to healthcare appointments and bring healthcare partners into our buildings. We also help residents take advantage of free community health programs and schedule home health services that allow them to stay happy, healthy, and independent. Let’s connect to improve the lives of seniors.

    Meet Our Partner: Dayton Foodbank

Nonprofit relieving hunger through food distribution in the Dayton, Ohio area

The Dayton Foodbank prevents hunger in our communities by providing regular monthly commodity boxes to our residents. These boxes supply nearly three weeks of food. One of our apartment communities is also a mobile food site at which residents and those from the surrounding neighborhood can get food once a month, including fruits, vegetables, meat, and dairy. This gives our residents access to fresh foods regardless of their financial circumstance.

Meet Our Partner: St. Vincent De Paul District Council

Faith-based non-profit providing emergency shelter, food, clothing, and more to the homeless and impoverished

Many of our residents were homeless before finding our apartment communities. St. Vincent de Paul District Council helps provide our residents with furniture like beds and couches, and household items like dishes and silverware, to furnish their new homes. We also work with St. Vincent for emergency food distribution.

  • "St. Mary's vision for combating negative social determinants of health through affordable housing development combined with service coordination is exceptional."

    – Shelly Cagle, Director of Medicare and Mission Services, Kettering Physicians Network
