• We build long-term partnerships to expand our collective impact.

We partner with community and thought leaders to maximize public spending efficiency, create connections, and collaboratively solve problems to improve the quality of life for older people and other citizens alike.

  • At St. Mary Development, we believe we're better together. That's why we've built such a strong and supportive network of partners over the past 30 years. We work closely with community organizations who deliver services, foundations that disperse funds, and individuals who want to invest in their neighborhoods.

When individuals, corporations, and foundations invest in St. Mary, every dollar improves the lives of older people with low incomes. Our mission is to serve older people and provide them with housing and resources that empower them to live happy, healthy lives, despite their low incomes. Furthermore, our services decrease the need for older people to move to nursing homes, saving tax payers more than $38 million over the past five years. Our experience allows us to achieve a significant impact on investment from your financial support. If you want your charitable giving to make an impact on the lives of seniors, you’ve come to the right place.

  • Meet Our Partner: Dayton Foundation

Amazon Echos give low-income seniors technology to access life-enhancing resources

In celebration of the Dayton Foundation's 100th year of serving the Dayton community, Richard and Jacqueline Siefring donated $50,000 to help support the installation of Amazon Alexa systems in our residents' homes at Twin Towers Place, Lyons Place I, Lyons Place II, McBride Place, and Riverside Lofts. This technology helps our residents set medication reminders, communicate with loved ones, and access other life-enhancing resources.

St. Mary operates in partnership with Greater Dayton Area Hospital Association’s (GDAHA) Pathways HUB, a program designed to connect people to the healthcare services they need.
