Senior apartments
St. Mary Development has built and manages seven apartment
centers for low-income seniors, which provide affordable homes
for 500+ seniors. Nearly 30% have annual incomes less
than $12,000, often making it impossible for them to afford basic necessities. To help residents make ends meet, we provide free
bus transportation, wellness programs and social events.
St. Mary’s senior residences offer a safe, attractive and affordable independent-living environment. All apartments have
fully equipped kitchens and individually controlled heating and
cooling. Special amenities include a gracious, friendly atmosphere,
a Senior Dining Program, ample parking and transportation to
special entertainment and cultural events.
Each residence is smoke-free and includes an activity room, coffee shop, beauty/barber salon, laundry rooms on each floor, and an outdoor courtyard. Enrichment and wellness programs are designed to enhance residents’ lives physically, socially and spiritually.
