St. Mary adds Director of Community Outreach
Donna English will help spread the word about St. Mary’s highquality apartments for low-income seniors.
Donna English has joined St. Mary Development Corporation in the new capacity of Director of Community Outreach. Donna previously worked for the Miller Valentine Group, one of St. Mary’s partners.
“I’ve always admired the work that St. Mary Development does providing housing for low-income seniors and working families,” says Donna. “It’s wonderful to be part of a vibrant organization that is making such a difference in our community.”
In her new role, Donna will be responsible for the overall quality of the properties owned and managed by St. Mary Development. She’ll also work with local organizations, partners and church groups to make sure they are aware of the services St. Mary provides.
“St. Mary Development has a fantastic reputation in the Dayton community but often people don’t know how extensive our work is,” Donna says. “For example, many people know about our first senior apartment, Twin Towers Place, but they don’t know that we have built and manage five other senior apartment centers and have more on the way.”
